Infant Feeding/Lactation Support

I will support you in your feeding journey- whether you need lactation support, bottle feeding, formula feeding, or combo feeding support. I will provide you with education on your choice of feeding. 

You will be provided support with:

• Baby growth/weight gain
• Pacifiers
• Guidance on how "much" or "often" to feed baby

• Breastfeeding patterns- newborn and beyond
• Breastfeeding nutrition guidance

I have experience with complex feeding situations, including breast surgery and trauma. 

• I will help you with latching and/or identifying latching difficulties
• Latching support for flat/inverted nipples

• I will teach you how to properly hand express milk
• Importance of hand expression
• I will help with flange sizing
• Different kinds of pumps
• Pump settings/ how to use a pump correctly
• Education on different pumps
• When to pump/when not to pump

• Milk supply- all about supply and demand
• Baby oral anatomy complications
• Engorgement
• Breast/Nipple pain

• I will teach you tips and tricks to support you in self-led weaning in order to minimize discomfort
